Assistant Account Manager
The Assistant Account Manager supports the Commercial and Personal Lines Departments with daily administrative activity related to the processing of insurance coverage. We are seeking an individual with a can-do attitude; a professional and customer service focused approach; excellent communication and technology skills; the desire and ability to be a team player; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing Low Mileage Discount forms.
- Producing binders with mortgagee information.
- Requesting and following up on all policy endorsements.
- Preparing proposals, schedules of coverage and certificates of insurance.
- Updating policy premiums for billing.
- General office duties.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; a minimum of one year of administrative experience in a professional office setting required; experience in an insurance agency environment preferred; strong attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent follow through; strong client service skills and professionalism must be highly proficient with technology, Microsoft Office and the Internet.
