Mr. Davis is the Chairman of the Board of Provider Insurance Group. A graduate of Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he has been in the insurance business for over forty years. He is a licensed property, casualty, health, and life insurance broker, and has achieved the insurance designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Insurbanc and is a Trustee for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. In addition, he has served as President of the Needham Community Council and Needham Rotary Club. He has also served on the Insurance Advisory Board for the town of Needham.

Mr. Darcey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Provider Insurance Group. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree and Babson College with a Masters in Business Administration, Mr. Darcey has over seventeen years of experience. With expertise in commercial insurance, Mr. Darcey also focuses on sales, marketing, client service, and agency operations. A Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), his client expertise is in the Non-Profit Social Service Organization and Schools area. He is a board member of several local non-profit and insurance industry organizations

Andrew Bonee

Mr. Bonee is Senior Vice President of Provider Insurance Group and the Manager of the Financial Services Division. Andrew D. Bonee has spent his twenty five- year professional career committed to employee, group benefits and financial planning for individuals and business owners. As a native of West Hartford, Connecticut, he graduated from the Kingswood-Oxford School. In 1983, he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Andy’s insurance career began shortly thereafter, when he was employed by the Aetna Life and Casualty Company in their Sponsored Marketing Department. He joined Provider in October of 1989. Andy and his wife, Julie Anne, along with his three children, are residents of Wellesley.

Ruby Chan, MBA

Ruby Chan is Provider's Director of Marketing and social media guru.  Ruby's blue-chip background includes some of the who's who of the modern digital marketing world including Gillette, Staples, HP (Alta Vista) and Vacation.com. In her current role, she drives the Web 2.0, PR and social media strategy, bringing Provider's breadth and depth of insurance offerings to new audiences across both the Internet and traditional marketing channels. Ruby holds a B.S. in Management and Information Systems from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing from Bentley University.

Patrick Darcey, CIC

Mr. Patrick Darcey is a Senior Sales Executive for Provider Insurance Group’s commercial lines department. He has held that position for eight years, and has twelve years of experience in the industry. Prior to becoming a Senior Sales executive, he worked in claims for two years and was an underwriter for two years. The construction, janitorial, and energy fields are among Darcey’s areas of expertise. A certified insurance counselor, Darcey has a bachelor’s degree in business from Assumption College in Worcester, Mass. He and his wife Kelly reside in East Greenwich, and they have a son, Brendan. Patrick has been active with both Big Brothers of Rhode Island and the American Cancer Society. He is based in Provider’s Woonsocket office at 800 Clinton Street.

Mr. Hart is Senior Vice President of Provider Insurance Group and the Manager of the Personal Insurance Division. He joined the agency in 1980 after working as a senior underwriter for Aetna Casualty and Surety and became a partner in 1988. A graduate of Northeastern University, he began his career in 1974 through their Cooperative Education Program and has been an active member with the School of Business and Varsity Club.

Mr. Hillberg is Senior Vice President of Provider Insurance Group. A graduate of Northeastern University, majoring in Finance and Insurance, he joined the agency in 1975 after working as Senior Underwriter in the Commercial Casualty Division of Aetna Casualty and Surety Company. He is past Vice President and President of the Needham Independent Insurance Agents Association. As 1st Lieutenant in the Army serving in Vietnam, he was awarded the Silver Star, Bronze Star, Air Medal Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry and the Vietnamese Police Cross of Honor.

Lisa Kendrick brings over 28 years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience to Provider Insurance Group. Her experience includes managing accounts over $1 million annual premium in a variety of industries including manufacturing, commercial property management, nursing homes, contractors, distributors, trucking and non-profits. Lisa holds three designations including Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager and Accredited Advisor in Insurance. Lisa and her husband Kurt live in Westwood, MA with their two sons.

Jessie Sullivan has been in the human resources industry for 15 years. Prior to joining the Provider team, Jessie spent 6 years as the Associate Director of Human Resources at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she became well versed in a broad spectrum of human resources practices. Working for the MCPHS, she learned the many nuances particular to higher education and was successful at navigating through those with a specific skill set that includes recruiting, employee consultation and diversity initiatives.

Kerry brings twenty years of experience to the firm working with high net worth individuals and their wealth management advisors. In addition to working in the area of personal risk management, Kerry's strengths lie in her knowledge of product expertise and best of class personal service to high net worth clientele. Kerry began her insurance career as a sales executive working with personal lines products. She has also held the position of Senior Account Executive with one of the largest global professional services firms in the United States as well as the Director of the Private Client Group for a large privately held local brokerage. In addition to attending the University of Massachusetts, Kerry holds a Massachusetts broker's license as well as the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. She is an active member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and of the Family Firm Institute.

Sandra Almeida is personal lines sales executive for the Rhode Island office. Sandra has 42 years of insurance experience. She started her insurance career with The Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance Company in Ohio, moving to the Rhode Island Aetna office in 1969. She worked for Paolino Insurance Agency from 1972 to 1979 and joined Provider Insurance Group in October of 1979 where she did commercial, personal lines, claims and accounting before concentrating on personal lines customer service and sales. She is a past member of the National Association of Insurance Women of Rhode Island where she held several offices. She is currently pursuing the CPPL designation. Sandra has one son and resides with her Husband Joe in Charlton, Massachusetts.

Chris Bradley is an account executive with Provider Insurance Group. Chris has 18 years of insurance expertise in life, disability, health, property and casualty insurance. Chris is currently pursuing the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant and is a member of the Million Dollar Round table. He operated his own life insurance business, Bradley Financial Group, Inc., with a focus on individual policies and small business for 12 years before joining the Provider Insurance Group in January 2009. Chris applies a personal touch to his business strategy focusing on life insurance products and annuities for estate planning purposes.

A native of Massachusetts Chris and his wife Trish live in Wellesley with their two children Conor and Caroline. Chris is a dedicated coach for several town sports and is active with his church.

A resident of Grafton, Gaudette was brought on to the Provider account team to focus on commercial insurance.  Gaudette comes to Provider with over ten years of experience in the property and Casualty lines of business. He specializes in Property and Casualty insurance for manufacturers, wholesale distributors and contractors. Licensed in property casualty insurance as well as accident and health, Gaudette is also pursuing CIC and AAI designations.
